Hi there! Thanks for alerting us to this issue. I put a direct link -- click on "print this form'. To view/download the document in Google click on the icon at the top right. I think you may have been clicking on the google icon at the top left which is indeed just a link to google docs intro. I'm on standby if this doesn't work for you!
