- There will be no mats so no fast skating
- Any parents on the ice must be associate members of the club
- Helmets are required!

Practice on Sunday January 25th
Cathy will be away this weekend and we have volunteers to help out at Sunday's practice. Kristine and Anneke Pederson will be organizing some drills and games for skaters. We have a few rules to follow:
